Each week cyclists and runners hit the state of the art Formula 1™ circuit and Train Yas

TrainYas at yas Island F1 circuit: me and my friend Daniel, before a running session Every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm runners, walkers and cyclists are invited to use the Formula 1™ track in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, to get fit and have fun.

Whether you’re a serious runner, a walker, a professional cyclist or simply taking a sunset stroll with the family, TrainYAS by ActiveLife welcomes participants of all levels and speeds to get on the track.

I’m not a professional athlete, but I’m fond of sport, marathon and triathlon in particular, and since I discover TrainYAS, I try not to miss a Tuesday there. Even because I’m fan of motor-sports as well, and running and biking on the AbuDhabi F1 track is a great emotion.

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a proud supporter of healthy living in the Abu Dhabi community. To encourage participation in healthy living activities, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a world-class multi-speciality hospital being built on Al Maryah Island, provides complimentary bikes for public use each week at TrainYAS. So if you don’t have a bike, you can get it there directly. Extra bikes and helmets are available for hire at 30aed, courtesy of Fun Ride Sports and can be hired at TrainYAS by Activelife.

Spend your Tuesday evenings working out on a Formula 1 track; Yas Marina Circuit offers a unique, safe and friendly training ground.
